SUMMARY

Last season, there had been only one official meeting between the two teams due to IMWFC being unable to field a team for the last game of the season. Despite the dramatic score line in their first and only meeting, both teams finished quite closely in the table, with GKT finishing just outside the top 3 in fourth (in their 5th season) and ICSM finishing fifth.

In the new season, however, IMWFC had markedly improved, finishing the match with a controversial 3-3 (due to GKT recieving a penalty and scoring a high-contested offside goal in the last minutes).
